Are you empathetic, highly organized, and passionate about modern HR and working with people? We are looking for a motivated HR Working Student to join our team, actively shape an exceptional employee journey, and support our daily operations.

Your tasks: 

• Support for our HR team in answering general employee inquiries.

• Collaboration in the recruiting process, such as drafting job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting initial screenings of application documents.

• Guidance throughout the employee journey from entry to exit, including organizational preparation and support for onboarding new team members.

• Assistance in daily HR operations, including master data maintenance in Personio, management of digital personnel files, administration of our absence management tool, and preparation of reference letters.

• Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a comparable discipline with a focus on HR, ideally at the Master's level

• Practical experience in HR or recruiting gained through previous internships or working student roles as a valuable plus

• Personality characterized by empathy, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, team spirit, and flexibility

• Language skills at a fluent level in written and spoken German and English
