Your tasks

• Daily business of an HR Manager, such as management of our time off application tool, administration of personnel files, maintenance of our HR management programme, creation of job references, etc.
  
• Contact person for our team on HR relevant topics
  
• Active participation in all recruiting topics, such as applicant selection, creation of job advertisements, active search of talents, etc.
  
• Preparation and support of the onboarding of new employees
  
• Management of our ATS tools
  
• Job interviews from coordination to execution
  
• Active involvement in our internal and external employer branding activities
  

• University degree or apprenticeship, preferable in the field of human resources
• Relevant professional experience in the field of HR
• Good command of German and English
• Very good knowledge of human nature, empathy and social competence, coupled with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork
