For our finance department, we are looking for someone who enjoys a clean and punctual recording of transactions and someone who takes care of our bookkeeping.

Your tasks? 

• Management and administration of our invoices

• Capture and pre-book our business transactions in Spendesk

• Accounts payable accounting

• Administration of wages and preparatory payroll accounting

• Process payment transactions

• Interface to our tax consultant

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including forecasts with our different departments

• Successfully completed vocational education in a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, structured way of working
